In view of the fact that after passing of the final order, without framing issues the petitioner has assailed the said order in a fresh writ petition bearing WPC No.441/2018, wherein interim relief has already been allowed to the petitioner, learned counsel for the applicant would seek permission of the Court to withdraw the present contempt petition.
