Petitioner who was appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade-III was promoted to the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-II on 26/02/2014, however, the said order was withdrawn on 07/05/2014 vide Annexure P/4.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner would submit that this order is illegal because the petitioner fulfilled all the eligibility criteria at the time of issuance of promotion order.

In the present petition the order dated 07/05/2014 has not been attacked by seeking quashment of the said order. The writ petition is not maintainable in the present form. It is dismissed with liberty to move a duly constituted petition afresh. J U D G E Kamde
