By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to grant two advance increments, as he had obtained D.Ed. Examination certificate, at his own expense.

At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents made a statement before the Court that the State Government has constituted a Committee comprising of Director, Public Instructions, Chhattisgarh, Raipur, as Chairman, Deputy Director, Legal Cell,
Directorate, Public Instructions, Raipur, as Member and the District Education Officer, as Member to look into the grievance of the employees with regard to grant of two advance increment. Thus, this matter may be referred to the said Committee. 4.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submits for the same. 5.
Accordingly, it is directed that the committee shall consider the case of the petitioner, in accordance with law, and decide the same within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and representation of the petitioner.
