At the out set, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that interim application dated 19.11.2015 filed on behalf of the petitioner to allow him to meet his son Ayush Lodhi is still pending for consideration. Without going into merits of the said application, it is submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the said interim application on its merits as early as possible.

On due consideration, after perusal of the entire material, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to decide the interim application dated 19.11.2015 on its merits within 30 days from the next date of hearing. The petitioner may file a copy of the order before the Court below for compliance.

Registrar (Judicial) is also directed to transmit a copy of this order to the Court below through usual and fax mode immediately for compliance.

Petition disposed of. No order as to cost.
