1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on certain personal grounds, the petitioner intends to prefer a fresh representation.

2. Therefore, this petition is finally disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to prefer fresh representation. In case the petitioner moves a fresh representation along with copy of this order, the same shall be considered and decided by the authority within a period of 4 weeks from the date of submission of the representation.
