The petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction to consider her claim for grant of next higher pay scale as per circular dated 23-10-2010 (Annexure P/4) on the pleadings that the petitioner was regularized in service with effect from 31-10-2003 and he had participated in 60th Orientation Programme on I.T. and obtained "A" Grade as well as he had also participated in UGC Refresher Course Centre and thereafter granted next higher pay scale with effect from 31-10-2009. 3.
In the background of pleading and that earlier this Court had issued direction for grant of senior pay scale which was granted to the petitioner from 31-10-2009, the respondents deserve to be directed for consideration of representation. 4.
It is ordered that the respondents shall consider and decide the representation
of the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case, grievance of the petitioner is not redressed, it will be open for the petitioner to revive.
