Mr.Manoj Paranjape, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father died in harness on 22.10.2012 and the petitioner has made an application for dependent employment as per National Coal Wage Agreement Part-II but no decision has been taken upon the petitioner's application and as such, the respondents/SECL be directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application expeditiously, which Mr.Vinod

Deshmukh, learned counsel for the respondents, on advance copy, would submit that it would be decided expeditiously. 2.

Be that as it may, respondent-SECL is directed to consider the petitioner's application for dependent employment expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is free to file additional document in support of his claim and also free to make a fresh representation.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
