1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner was posted at Gelhapani vide order dated 24.01.2017 and within a period of 7 months, the petitioner is again being transferred from Baikunthpur Forest

Division to Jashpur Forest Division.

2. It appears that earlier when the petitioner was transferred vide order dated 30.07.2016 to Jamgahna, he was not allowed to join and only on 24.01.2017, he was sent to Gelhapani. Therefore, the matter would require consideration whether in these circumstances, the petitioner is subjected to such frequent shifting or not. If the petitioner prefers representation within 15 days from today, the same shall be considered and decided in four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. For a period of six weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
