1. Registry has moved a request letter on this basis that in the operative paragraph of order dated 01.02.2021 passed in W.P.(227) No.346 of 2020, the Civil Suit No.58/2015 has been erroneously mentioned, which should have been Civil Appeal No.5-A/2015.
2. The petition was directed against the order of the appellate Court, hence, the mention of number of Civil Suit is clearly erroneous, that is a clerical mistake, which is required to be corrected. Hence, the request
-2made in the P.U.D. is allowed, it is ordered that in paragraph 7 of order dated 01.02.2021 in W.P.(227) No.346 of 2020, instead of Civil Suit No.58 of 2015, it should be read as Civil appeal No.5A/2015 hereinafter. Copy of this order shall be made a part of W.P.(227) No.346 of 2020.
