After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application on the statement that as the other co-accused have been granted regular bail. He submits that the applicant is a student and he is willing to co-operate with the investigation and surrender and thereafter, apply for grant of regular bail, the Court below may be directed to consider his regular bail application as early as possible. 2.
