1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground of violation of policy and not on the ground of competence, jurisdiction and malafide, therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of transfer without insisting on exhaustion of alternative remedy of filing appeal under Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1995.

2. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appeal under the Rules of 1995 raising all such grounds raised in the petition including any other ground available to her under the law. Sd/-/-- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Praveen
