This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 225/2017, registered at Police Station Basantpur, District Rajnandgaon(CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 354 (d), 509 of the IPC and Sections 8, 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offencec Act, 2012. 3.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the bail application.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
