Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that petitioner has made a representation before the respondent No. 3 for grant of employment under the rehabilitation scheme in lieu of acquisition of his father's land by the respondent authorities which is pending consideration since 28.12.2017 has not been decided till date. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondents No. 2 and 3 are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation for grant of employment expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the

date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
