1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is to decide the representation which is pending before the respondent No.2 & 3 for consideration.

2. Grievance of the petitioner is that the land surrounding the petitioner's property has already been acquired by the State Authorities and as such the petitioner would find it difficult in keeping the said land in his possession as it has become unusable.

3. He makes a prayer that the respondents may consider her application for acquiring the said property as well.

4. The limited relief has not been opposed by the State counsel.

5. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to decide the application/representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
