The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in this petition is non granting of salary to the petitioner since November, 2018 onwards. 2.

According to the petitioner, the respondents initially paid salary to the petitioner from August, 2018 to October, 2018 then abruptly salary part has been withheld. No reasons have been assigned and the petitioner during the intervening period has discharged his duties uninterruptedly. 3.

Given the nature of dispute, let the respondents No.2&3 take a decision so far as claim of salary of the petitioner is concerned at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
