This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 69/2013, registered at Police Station Rakhi, District Raipur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376(2) of I.P.C. &

Section 6 of PACSO Act.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this bail application and direct the trial Court to dispose of the case within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order as five prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

With the aforesaid direction, bail application stands disposed of.
