The present MCC has been filed by Applicant seeking restoration of WPL No. 4742/2011 which got dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 19.1.2021.

Having gone through the contents of MCC and after hearing the submissions made by learned Counsel for Applicant, this Court is of the opinion satisfactory justifications have been assigned for allowing the present MCC. 3.

Accordingly, the MCC is allowed. WPL No. 4742/2011 is ordered to be restored to its original number for hearing.

Registry is directed to ensure that WPL No. 4742/2011 is listed for hearing in the week commencing 5.4.2021 in the main list. 5.
