1. The grievance of the petitioner in the petition is inaction on the part of the respondent in not deciding the claim for compassionate appointment moved by the petitioner.
2. According to the counsel for the petitioner her husband died in harness working on the post of Teacher (Panchayat) on 22.11.2018, thereafter the petitioner submitted an application for compassionate appointment and which till date is under consideration before the authorities.
3. Considering the fact that the application for compassionate appointment is pending consideration before the authorities concerned. The writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondent No.4 to take an appropriate decision on the application for compassionate appointment moved by the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
