---- Respondents For Petitioner :

Mr. Bhaskar Payashi, Advocate.

For State :

Ms. Sunita Jain, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 13/09/2017 Heard.

1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner has not completed one year of posting at the present place. It is submitted that though earlier the petitioner was transferred vide order dated 30.07.2016, he was not relieved. He approached this Court and order was passed on 24.10.2016 directing his relieving. It was only thereafter that he was relieved on 05.12.2016 and joined at Block Manora, District Jashpur. Therefore, the petitioner has hardly completed 8 months. This is against the transfer policy. The matter would require consideration.

2. The petitioner has already preferred representation. If the petitioner prefers a fresh representation along with copy of this order within 15 days from today, the same shall be considered and decided within four weeks. For a period of six weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
