On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 21.01.2020 passed in WPS No. 4361/2014 is recalled. Consequently, WPS No. 4361/2014 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
