Hon'ble Smt. Justice Rajani Dubey Order On Board 18.03.2021 By this CrMP, the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 21.01.2021 passed in MCRC No. 6899/2020 with regard to name of the father of petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in MCRC 6899/2020, the name of the father of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned by him as "Late Mohd." whereas, as per the record, the correct name is "Late Mohd. Kasim". I have gone through the impugned order and perused the record.

From perusal of the recored, it appears that the correct name of the father of the petitioner is "Late Mohd. Kasim". Thus, the error with regard to the name of the father of petitioner is apparent on the face of the record which needs to be rectified.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the cause title of the order in question the name of the father of petitioner be read as "Late Mohd. Kasim". instead of 'Late Mohd.'.

The copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner along with the copy of order dated 21.01.2021 passed in MCRC No. 6899/2020.

With this modification as aforesaid, CRMP stands disposed of. Certified copy as per rules.
