1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working with the respondents on contractual basis for last 10 years and till today he is working. He further submits that the contractual period had ended on 26.07.2016 but his services are being continuously availed. The apprehension looms that the service may be discontinued for the coming period, therefore, the petitioner prays that the respondents may take a decision on the representation if so made by the petitioner demanding for extension of the contractual service.

3. Considering the limited grievance raised, the petitioner is given liberty to make a suitable representation/ prayer to Respondent No. 1& 2 for the back ground that he is working from last 9 to 10 years and if such request is made, the same shall be considered by Respondent No. 1 & 2 and may pass necessary orders. It is expected that the respondents in case are in need of contractual Training Officer, they shall consider the case of the petitioner unless the services of the petitioner was unsatisfactory or was discontinued because of some specific misconduct or non-performance or the petitioner is being replaced by the regular Training Officer.
