1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner's children are studying in school and if the petitioner is transferred, it would adversely affect their study.

2. This ground is required to be considered by the competent authority because the children are studying in lower classes and not in X or XIII standard so as to say that they will have to appear in the board examination.
