The petitioner's grievance is that on account of non-issuance of one of the particular form of receipts, the petitioner could not recover toll tax from particular type of Earth Moving Vehicle. He submits that the representation in terms of Clause 20 of the agreement has been made to Superintending Engineer/ respondent No.3 on 02.02.2016, which has not been decided till date. It appears that representation has been made and after expiry
of one month, this petition has been filed. Therefore, no time bound direction can be given, however, representation is made, the same is required to be decided by respondent No.3 in terms of Clause 20 of the agreement.
The petition is accordingly disposed off.
