At the outset, Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant Cr.M.P. with liberty to file a Writ Petition and also prays that the certified copies of the Annexures be returned after keeping the photocopy of the same.

On due consideration, the instant CrMP is disposed of as withdrawn without any appreciation on its merits reserving the aforesaid liberty if the Petitioner wishes to file the same.

Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the Annexures to the Petitioner after keeping the authenticated true copy of the same alongwith the case.
