Agrawal Order On Board 1 8 /12/2015 (1) The petitioner has challenged her order of transfer dated 7.05.2013, by which she has been transferred from Municipal Council, Surajpur, District Surajpur to Municipal Council-Deepka, District Korba.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred to various places and presently she has been transferred to Municipal Council-Deepka, in which she has joined and, as such the petition has made victim of frequent transfer.

(3) The petitioner has complied with the transfer order dated 7.5.2013 and, thereafter, she has transferred presently to Municipal

Council, Deepka, which has not been challenged and, as such, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioner is free to make representation before the competent authority against her frequent transfer.
