The petitioner, who is a retired employee, has filed this petition with the grievance that he was retired on 31-07-2017, but the amount towards CPF and Gratuity have not been paid.

It is found that the petitioner has already moved an application. The respondent No.4 shall take appropriate decision and release those amount, which the petitioner is entitled under the law, within a period of 60 days from the

date of receipt of a copy of this order.
