1. Learned counsel for the respondent would fairly submit that the respondent, in whose favour the award has been passed by the arbitrator, would move before the arbitrator for serving copy of award on the petitioner. He would further submit that the respondent shall proceed with the execution only after expiry of 90 days from the date of service of the award on the petitioner.

2. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, no further direction is needed in this writ petition.
