1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.50/2015 (Criminal Case No.3425/2015 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur), registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Raipur for the offence punishable under Sections 365, 384, 323, 506-B, 341 and 342 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive after the material prosecution witnesses are examined.
