Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that in the order passed by this Hon'ble Court on 29.01.2018 in Writ Petition (C) No. 202 of 2018, due to typographical error in Para 2 and 3, in place of respondent No. 1, it has been wrongly been typed as respondent No.3. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the order is modified and it be read as respondent No. 1 in place of respondent No. 3.
