The present MCC has been filed by Applicants seeking extension of time for compliance of order dated 8.12.2020 passed in WPS No. 4626/2020. 2.

The direction given to the Applicants by this Court vide the said order was to take appropriate decision in accordance with the rules and guidelines governing the field both in respect of dependant employment as also for releasing of death-cum-retiral dues. Compliance was to be done within sixty days. However, though more than two months have passed, the compliance of order has not been done by Applicants.

Learned Counsel for Applicants submits that on account of certain practical difficulties, the order of this Court cannot be complied with within the stipulated time and therefore prays for a further three months' time for deciding the representation of Non-applicant.

Given the fact that this Court had on the earlier occasion granted sixty days time to the Applicants to comply with the order, reluctantly though, in the interest of justice, two months' further time is granted to Applicants for necessary compliance of the order passed by this Court. Applicants should positively ensure that necessary decision is taken within the stipulated time. 5.
