Versus

1. State of Chhattisgarh through- Secretary, Revenue Department, DKS Bhawan, Raipur (CG)

2. The Chhattisgarh Vyavsayik Pariksha Mandal, Raipur (CG)

3. The District Collector, Dhamtari, Land Record Dhamtari (CG) ---- Respondents For Petitioner :

None For Respondent/State :

Shri Majid Ali, Dy. Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 18/07/2018 In the absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court considering the fact that it is a matter of 2009 proceeds to decide the matter with the assistance of the State counsel. 2.

The claim in the present writ petition was for a direction to the respondents for issuing an order of appointment in favour of the petitioner on the post of Patwari.

3.

Perusal of the record particularly taking into consideration the return filed by the respondents and the documents enclosed therein it reflects that the petitioner though had participated in the selection process and was also

called for interview, however, in the course of the interview, the petitioner could not produce document to establish the fact that she was qualified and having one year Diploma in Computer Application. The petitioner in the writ petition also has not annexed any document with which it could be established that the petitioner had all the requisite qualification as per the advertisement on the basis of which she could have claimed for appointment.

4.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find any strong case made out by the petitioner. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed.
