1. The petitioners by this petition have prayed for similar direction as contained in order dated 30.4.2015 passed in WPS No.1341 of 2015 and batch of
-2petitions, on the claim that the petitioners are also similarly situated as those petitioners.
2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioners' entitlement would depend upon scrutiny and verification of the records before applying the direction issued by this Court in WPS No.1341 of 2015.
3. Having considered the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, let respondent scrutinize petitioners' records also and once the petitioners are found to be similarly situated as the petitioners in WPS No.1341 of 2015 and other cases, the petitioners would also be considered on the same lines and decision would be taken in case of the petitioners within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
