In the absence of any ground relating to jurisdiction, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order when the petitioner has a remedy of filing appeal under the Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995 (for short 'the Rules of 1995').
If the petitioner does not wish to prefer appeal, he may file fresh representation which shall be decided by the competent authority within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
