1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to prefer an appeal before the Collector, Kanker against the impugned order along with an application for condonation of delay.
2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal along with an application for condonation of delay before the Collector, Kanker/appellate authority and the said application will be considered by the appellate authority strictly in accordance with law.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands
disposed off. No cost(s).
