The instant Cr.M.P. along with acquittal appeal has been filed against the judgment passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhatapara, District Balodabazar, Chhattisgarh dated 31.7.2014 in Criminal Case No. J-606 of 2014 whereby and whereunder learned trial Court acquitted all the Respondents for the charges framed against them.

Perused the impugned judgment, the statements of witnesses and other documents annexed with Cr.M.P. followed by the acquittal appeal.

On due consideration, this is a fit case where the leave to appeal should be granted.

Consequently, the instant Cr.M.P. is allowed. Registry is directed to list the matter under the heading of acquittal appeal.

Also heard on admission.

The acquittal appeal is admitted for consideration.

The Appellant is directed to delete the names of Respondents No.1 and 2 from the array of the cause-title of acquittal appeal during the course of the day. Registry is directed to list the matter for final hearing in due course.
