1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the Order dated 13.11.2018 passed by this Court in WPS No. 7429 of 2018.

2. Upon being issued/ordered, the counsel for the respondents entered appearance and produces a document dated 06.04.2019 issued by the Director Public Instruction, Raipur and he further submits that the necessary compliance shall be done within a couple of days.

3. Given the said statement by the counsel for the respondents and taking note of the document dated 06.04.2019, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served, in keeping the contempt petition pending.

-24. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off, however, it is expected that the respondents shall keep their words and shall comply with the order honestly within the stipulated time they have given.
