This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 56/2017 registered at Police Station Arjuni, District Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Sections 20(B)(II)(C) of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.

2. Counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with a liberty to revive the same after the material witnesses are examined before the trial Court.

3. Accordingly, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
