Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against respondent No. 3 petitioner has made complaint before respondent No. 1 on 08.12.2017 which has not been considered and decided till date. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 1 or the duly constituted

committee on that behalf is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's complaint / representation dated 08.12.2017 strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
