On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, which is supported by an affidavit, the order dated 05.02.2020 passed in WPL No.15 of 2020 is recalled. Consequently, WPL No.15 of 2020 is restored to its original number. Accordingly, the Application for Restoration of WPL No.15 of 2020 is allowed.
