1. The writ petition has been filed seeking for an appropriate direction to the respondent authorities to release the admissible payment due to the petitioners for different nature of work orders issued to the petitioners and against which the work has been executed by them.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the State produced certain documents which show that, pending the writ petition, the respondents have duly processed the claim of the petitioners and have cleared an amount of Rs.38,15,258/- payable to the different petitioners vide different cheques issued on 14th & 15th of July, 2020.

3. Given the said submission by the State counsel, this Court, prima facie, is of the opinion that the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed as of now. In the event of any further claim which is left to be paid to the petitioners by the respondents, the right of the petitioners stands reserved for approaching the respondent authorities in respect of the same. If any such claim is made by the petitioners, the respondents are expected to process the same and pass an appropriate order in accordance with the terms of agreement entered into between the parties.
