(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that against the adverse remarks in the ACR of the petitioner, the petitioner has made representation before the respondent authorities, which has not been considered and decided by the respondent authorities till this date and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authorities to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) In view of above, the competent authority is directed to do well and to take a decision on the pending representation against the adverse remarks in the ACR of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
