1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits hat though the petitioner is No.1 wait-listed candidate against the OBC category in Kanker District for the post of Constable General Duty, but he is not being appointed.

3. Learned State counsel, on advance copy, would submit that all the 11 posts of OBC category have already been filled-up, waiting list has been exhausted and the recruitment process initiated in the year 2016 has already been completed and for new recruitment, advertisement has already been issued in the year 2017, therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in view of the

statement made by the learned State counsel, nothing survives in this petition for consideration, as 11 posts of Constable General Duty against OBC category has already been filled-up by the State authorities. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
