1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.5/2016, registered at Police Station Arjuni, Distt. Dhamtari, for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the IPC.
2. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, facts and circumstances of the case, the manner in which on 1-1-2016, by giving lift to complainant Budharu Ram, the applicant robbed Rs.24,900/- from him and consequent recovery, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant.
