2. This is the second bail application. The first bail application was dismissed for want of prosecution on 11-02-2021 in MCRCA No.1665/2020.

3. The applicant has preferred this bail application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.646/2020, registered at Police Station Padmnabhpur, Distt: Durg, Chhattisgarh for offences punishable under Sections 376 & 376(2) A of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Shri Pramod Ramteke, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.

5. Permission granted.

6. Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
