This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of order dated 01.09.2015 passed by this Court in WP(S) No.4354 of 2010.

A record of Writ Appeal No.138 of 2016 is also placed before this Court, which shows that the writ appeal is pending before the Division Bench.
