This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to respondent No.2/ University situated in the State of Madhya Pradesh at Bhopal.

The cause of action appears to be non-disclosure of information sought by the petitioner.

None of the part of cause of action has arisen in the State of Chhattisgarh. Mere residence would not give this Court territorial jurisdiction.

The petition is utterly misconceived in law and is therefore dismissed, however, reserving liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to remedy before appropriate Forum.
