(S) No. 3782 of 2011, which got on 04.02.2020 for want of prosecution Considering the contentions raised in the application and the submissions made by the counsel for the applicant, subject to the applicant paying a cost of Rs. 1,500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred) to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund, Account No. 32749718036 within 10 days from today, W.P.(S) No. 3782 of 2011 shall stand restored to its original number.

The Order would come into effect only on the applicant furnishing the receipt of the cost amount within the stipulated time/period before the Registry.

The present MCC accordingly stands allowed.
