1. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that an order has been passed on 10.3.2016 deciding petitioner's representation as directed by this Court. He submits that for the reasons stated in the reply, the delay in deciding the representation may be condoned as the respondent had no intention to flout the order of the Court.
2. Considering the totally of the circumstances, particularly that the representation of the petitioner has been decided on 10.3.2016, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. However, considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that according to him,
-2the order is not correct, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the correctness of the order dated 10.3.2016 in a separately constituted petition.
