Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 23/06/2016

1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction against the respondent to comply with the order dated 23.3.2015 passed by this Court in WPS No.951/2015.

2. At the outset, counsel for the respondent submits that proceedings of Departmental Promotion Committee have already been concluded and the entire record has been forwarded to the Joint Director, Department of Urban Administration, Bilaspur for further orders. He further submits that in all probabilities final order would be passed within 45 days. He submits that he will also make personal efforts to ensure that grievance of the petitioner is redressed at the earliest.

3. In view of above submissions, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh in case occasions so arises.

4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
